Vee Terrace is a contemporary two-storey plus attic landed residence in Singapore, conceived as a sculptural composition defined by exposed concrete and natural textures. The architecture emphasizes material honesty, depth, and proportion, with solid and void carefully balanced to create a calm yet expressive form.
The facade is shaped through sculptural planes, recessed volumes, and controlled openings that respond to light and shadow throughout the day. Terraces and balconies are integrated seamlessly into the massing, strengthening the connection between indoor and outdoor living.
Internally, the house is defined by clean lines, natural light, and a restrained material palette. Large skylights are introduced to enhance ventilation, daylight, and spatial continuity, creating moments of openness within the solid concrete structure.
Vee Terrace reflects a considered approach to contemporary landed house design, integrating design, materiality, and lived experience into a refined, enduring home.
